We are a pair of installation artists, writers and theater makers from San Antonio, TX, currently artists in residence at Flux Factory in Queens, NY. Since co-founding the performance collective The Aesthetic of Waste in 2012, we have directed and designed eight theater productions and performance installations, including We Stole This, The Tulsa Swinton Variety Hour and The Spooky Classroom for Experimental Ethics. We have created site-specific performances and theater for the Overtime Theater, AtticRep Theater, Luminaria, the Historic Wong Grocery Company Building, Flux Factory, the Fung Wah Biennial, the Houston Fringe Festival, Title:Point Theater, the Wassaic Project and Panoply Performance Laboratory. Our most recent endeavour was to curate, design and build the Endless and Mobile Beautiful Collapsible Labyrinth (E.M.B.C.L.), an interactive exhibition at Flux Factory that featured the artwork of 41 artists within a constantly changing maze.
